Dear Mr. Nik Gowing,
Dear Honourable Nobel Prize Winners,In matters of civil legislation there exists such a thing as the Court of Human Rights in Den Haag, Holland. Within the realm of science, I am not aware of the existence of any such court, where researchers who claim they have not been heard can go, if they feel that they or science as such is being treated in an unacceptable way.
The reason I write to you is the following: you may have the possibility to think and act as a group of elite jurors in a scientific dilemma, where personally I feel that science and research should open their arms a bit and support themselves upon the issue of reaching the highest possible standard of scientific ethics – instead of clinging to a much discussed scientific doctrine.
In a television programme for the BBC World Channel, hosted by Mr. Nik Gowing, one of the themes discussed was the following: “In the future, research should be directed towards the connections between the brain and the consciousness of man.”
The enclosed brochure (last page) describes a study I have made about the connection between the brain, the consciousness of man – and myths, art, dream symbolism, etc. It has taken me 36 years to complete this book. The scientific dilemma is the method of research applied to obtain the result: the complete map of the human mind.
Normally, scientific research of human consciousness is conducted in universities by means of interviews, statistics, comparisons, etc., following the line of generally accepted scientific rules: everything should be open to tests and proof along the line that everyone, in principle, should be able to reach the same results.
My methods are not “scientific” in the traditional sense, because I have used abilities of the mind to research into the possibilities of the mind.
This, to me, is plain logic, but as I am not “allowed” to use special abilities of the mind to research into the human consciousness – the two universities that I have approached with my results refuse even to read what I have described. They (the Faculty of Psychology in Copenhagen and the Faculty of Philosophy in Lund, Sweden) are not even remotely curious. But I cannot see myself giving up. I simply feel that what I have found out, seen and described – is far too interesting to be kept out of reach of researchers in university laboratories – simply because I myself do not work in a laboratory.
Or to quote the Holy Bible: You shall know the tree from its fruits.
Let me briefly outline the most important results of my research:
1. The description of an energy/matter, the effect of which can be detected and described,
even though the energy itself cannot be detected with physical instruments.Let me provide a few examples (the first one may make me look like a poor simpleton, and I am sure a lot of disagreement between researchers arise when one researcher follows a trail which some other researcher would find naïve):
A man wants to buy a pair of shoes. He spends several hours walking and searching through many different shops. But he is alert, determined and eager to get his shoes. He even leafs through lots of different magazines for shoe advertisements. All to no avail. He cannot find the right pair of shoes. Something is always wrong: colour, size, design. He either gives up or buys a pair he is later going to return.
Some other day when he is buying something else, he intuitively walks into an alley, and down there, in a shop where they sell many other things as well, he finds his pair of shoes. They are sitting there waiting for him: the right size, colour, etc. They may even be on special offer. All he has to do is walk into the shop, spot the shoes and pay for them. It takes him five minutes. My research shows that the human mind is able to “tune in to” an energy frequency lying “behind it all”. One could call this energy “the energy of cooperation”. If you have ever experienced something like the situation described above, you will immediately know that there are thousands of parallel situations.
2. The energy of cooperation, and the understanding thereof, makes it easy to see and
describe the existence of its counter-energy: “the energy of discord”. (In my book I call
these energies/matters “The Light” and “The Darkness” to make reading easier. But to
avoid confusion, I use the mentioned terms in this letter.)An example:
A terrorist woman decides to dress herself in explosives and walks into a restaurant where she kills herself and 40 persons, wounding another 125 men, women and children.
Maria Callas works day and night for 50 years in order to study and present to mankind about 60 operatic roles in the course of 605 theatrical performances and 2 shelf-metres of CDs.These two women not only have different life achievements. They, and their actions, represent, form and use the two different kinds of energy I have mentioned. The immediate problem here is that “opinions” may vary: some do not like Callas at all, and it can be very easy to feel the desperation of people who are treated in such a way that they use destruction in order to obtain results.
But seen through the eyes of the researcher matters are different:
The terrorist is not just a tragedy. She attacks and loses cooperation energy, her achievement is (if you look carefully) of benefit to no one, everyone suffers: the negotiation process, herself, her family, the victims, the victims’ families, the country, the building, the air, the feelings – and the simple energy resources (the energy employed to produce the explosives). The pollution which ensues is not only physical, but psychological as well.
Maria Callas gives to everyone who cares to listen (the problems around her career are produced by the press), she enriches the cultural level of the globe, she makes people cooperate in a renewed enthusiasm for opera, she makes a lot of people feel they are not alone, because she can show them feelings with her voice, feelings they can recognize. She makes mankind happier and wealthier, which has the effect that people talk more lovingly to each other, they are inspired to eat better, and their health improves because of this. There is no pollution, quite the contrary: an urge arises to make the globe look like a beautiful garden. A Maria Callas recording (or a Van Gogh painting, etc. for that matter) still emanate cooperation energy, even though the artists are no longer with us.
The grief created by the terrorist story will last for many years. With these few examples I have pointed in a direction. The book that I have written to present my work mentions numerous different examples, and the results of my research are now easier to line up, as they all stem from the understanding of these two different energies.
3. The total mapping of human consciousness, a consciousness built of the sole cooperation
energy.4. A description of patterns used by the energy of discord to cover up the human
consciousness. These two principles can be traced through the history of art, myth and fairytales. The fight between “The Light” and “The Darkness” are the subject of intuitive research from the story of Adam and Eve to the Star Wars films. Closer research into these symbolism makes it clear that:
5. The human consciousness is modelled in the corridor-system of the Cheops Pyramid.
6. The power of darkness and its ability to cover up the real consciousness (to make one invisible)
is most thoroughly described by Wagner in “The Ring of the Nibelung” and by Tolkien in “The
Lord of the Rings”.7. Further details can be seen, the deeper you penetrate into the logic of the human
consciousness: it is clear that it consists of seven levels and that in it we can detect seven
different processes, known in some cultures as “chakras”. (For instance: the relation between
father, mother and child in everyone’s mind (regardless of who you are, of whether you have a
partner or children) forms an “interplay” in the subconscious mind. This “interplay” is the basis of
the "chakra process" which deals with everything in the mind concerning growth, development,
male-female relationships, family values, balance and unbalance on the instinctive level: fear of
being alone, left behind etc. – and its counterbalances: relaxation, belief in one’s own right to be
growing at a pace in balance with age, gender, development, culture, etc.)8. From this it can be seen that life is life-providing and that the psyche as well as the physical
body are self-healing – if you follow the cooperation energy. Man has an immune defence which
breaks down only when discord energy is used. Thus in a way one can say: all diseases are
psychosomatic (including broken arms and diseases one is born with). This opens to possible
new preventive means and cures. But to get into all the details I must refer to the book itself.
The purpose of this letter is very simple: I would like a serious researcher, or preferably several, to read my results – as if they had been obtained by a serious colleague or friend. As I have used special abilities of the mind in my research, my method of proving my case is different as well. As I said in my petition to the two mentioned university faculties when I asked that my book be considered for a doctor’s degree: I claim that the human mind possesses abilities which cannot be verified by normal scientific standards. (As a comparison, you cannot research the sense of sight with the nose as the only tool at your disposal.) And – the job of verification is in the hands of an extremely clear logic; a soothing, relaxed logic, where myriads of cross-references to already existing science, myth, art, etc. make one feel like having “hit the bull’s eye” as the saying goes. Everything makes sense.
Allow me to briefly mention my postulate: if traditional scientific research states the condition that “all research of the human mind must take place within the frames of already existing science” – this attitude will of course pose limits to research. And in this way we will never find out whether the mind is the home of other perspectives, that require a different kind of verification and research.
One of the most efficient tools of the mind is honesty. In its most precious sense this ability is very very difficult to handle, maintain and follow. In one of the Danish fairytales a boy claims that he has only two abilities: he can wait and he cannot lie.
My research shows that these abilities can get you very far. So in the following description of my method, I have no choice but to be as honest as I can, knowing how difficult is the language (especially the written language) – we all have different terminologies, reactions to terms used etc. The mental abilities at my disposal are often the subject of ridicule. But, as I wrote in the beginning of this letter, please read the following as if you were members of a jury in a trial where the methods of research are being tested. Are they ethically of any substance, is there actually a method here – and most important of all: what are the results – and how are the results presented to us?I guess one could say that the average student and researcher of the human mind has chosen his line of study at one time or another during his schooldays.
I seem to be born with the urge and the motive to carry out this research. Like musicians or painters, who sometimes feel their “calling” from the age of three. The normal way to conduct research of the mind is to read other researchers’ works, gather and study statistical material, make interviews, measure the reactions of the physical brain to certain stimuli, etc.
I was born with special abilities which I may divide in five sections:
- The ability to use intuition as a conscious tool (the ability to stop intervening thoughts from disturbing the “glimpses” experienced by many).
- The ability to understand the language of dreams as if it was a normally spoken language. I need not translate it (unless I explain about it). It seems to be an all-human, international language of symbols where the symbols interpret themselves if you know how to listen.
- In close connection to this I am able to “see with my ears” when listening to music or to the voice of a human being. In this way music can be seen in colour and many pieces of music contain vast landscapes. By education I am a musician (clarinet, piano, conductor). A lot of material for my research I have found in the treasures of art, especially within classical music. I postulate that many composers are also serious researchers of the human mind, and the result you get – if (as I do) you know almost by heart the essential works of the most important composers of the last five centuries – is immense.
- The next feature is one of the two most problematic abilities, because so much nonsense exists as to the nature of them: first of all the ability to use “clearsight” in order to see and understand the egg-spaced energy-field that surrounds us all. This field of energy is normally called “the aura”, but it is more precise to term it simply “the visible function of the human consciousness”. As I have already mentioned, key-functions in this energy-field are the “chakras” (Sanskrit: wheels), and these chakras describe the function of each layer of the human consciousness. The problem, of course, is that officially the “aura” and the “chakras” are only hear-say, myth, superstition or whatever – and maybe it is so for those who are unable to see them.
- And now to the fifth and by far the most problematic ability of mine: the experience of past lives, the ability to remember events that happened millions of years ago. Or as I often state it: this is what I experience. And if you want to research the human mind, you must be able to face your own mind. And if your own mind forwards images, feelings, etc. that have the nature of past-life experiences, this may be the path to walk, if you want to find out what the mind is all about. Or to say it even more simple: if you want to research the human mind, it is of paramount importance that you dare enter it.
The main obstacle would be a reaction such as “This is too subjective, too personal”.
But imagine that you enter the realm of the human mind (as it is in the broad sense for everyone) through your own personal door. My experience is that this is exactly the way to do it.So therefore the book consists of two parts. Book Two, “The Ring and the Pyramid” describes the structure of the human consciousness (symbolically mapped in the symbolism of the Cheops Pyramid) – and how this human consciousness can be covered up (this has been described most accurately by Wagner and Tolkien in their Ring works).
Book One of my work is a description of the path I had to follow, personally. If you want to enter Book Two, you have to follow the trail outlined in Book One, no matter how ridiculous it may appear. (Many people judge their own experience of life ridiculous. This is a kind of judgement pertaining not only to matters of a parapsychological nature). Everyone will have their own trail, as mentioned, but in many myths and stories we find descriptions of the principles to use and to follow if we want to walk through our own consciousness. Some of these myths form the foundation of Dante’s “Commedia Divina”, Mozart’s “Magic Flute”, Wagner’s “Ring der Nibelungen”, Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings”, etc. – all works referred to in Book One.The way we see the universe has been very much influenced by Darwin, Einstein and Freud. The existence of the energy of cooperation leads to the discovery of a matter where particles connect because of the purpose of their connection – without gravity or the like. This energy/matter explains things about the physical universe that contribute to making present scientific knowledge more logical, adding to it some essential information: “The Light” has a sustaining ability which in fact lies behind all known molecules, atoms, etc. and keeps them in place.
This energy/matter can be described in minute detail, and it changes the theory of evolution, because man has a consciousness consisting of this very matter – and the animals do not have such a consciousness.Freud would interpret a lighthouse in a dream as a phallic symbol. Seen with clear intuition, a lighthouse provides a light, so you can see where you are: it is a landmark, a help. I cannot prove this because it is self-evident/obvious. The entire Freudian way to see man falls to pieces, if you follow this line.
The understanding of the cooperation energy also makes it clear that physical matter (a controlled form of the discord-energy) does not cease to exist at 300,000 km/sec. It simply becomes more difficult to detect, because it “disappears” like an airplane in the clouds. Thus the entire logic behind the relativity theories disappear, and it becomes clear that one of the “proofs” is due to a misunderstanding: send two clocks in airplanes in different directions around the globe, and they will show different times when compared.
Seen with clearsight Einstein has confused time with a clock and given birth to a term called “physical time”. But the clock has as little to do with time as a bed has to do with sleep, and the experiment only says something about the clocks.
My research shows that time is not relative. Perception of time is relative.Einstein said and “proves” that energy is released when you split a nucleus in two. Result (among other things): the nuclear bomb. If you blow a hole in the Hoover Dam or the Asswan Dam you will also, in Einstein’s terminology, “release energy”. But seen in the light of the existence of the cooperation energy, energy is not released – neither in the case of the terrorist woman from before, nor in that of the dam sabotage or the detonation of the atomic bomb. In all three cases energy is wasted. But this is only possible to see, if you are aware of the fact that one of the characteristics of the cooperation energy is this “sustaining ability”, an energy circulation which keeps the atoms in place, as the water is kept in place by the Hoover Dam. It is even possible to design a kind of formula to describe the effect of the discord energy, when it is applied. It blocks the cooperation energy and gives a sensation of “release” like when you use this term in the case of the atomic bomb. As you can see I am no physicist. But intuitively this formula makes sense: El = “er”3 – meaning: Energy Loss equals “release of energy”3. The 3 indicates the accumulation of negative interest. We are still suffering from the effects of the second world war, the assassination of Kennedy, Gandhi, Zar Nicolai II and his family, etc.
As you can see, the number of findings and results is unmeasurable, once we have drawn a map of the human mind.
If my research results are correct, a matter exists which is very much a matter/energy, but it cannot be measured. Yet you can see its results. You cannot measure honesty either, but you can see the results when it is working and also when it is violated.
The description of the energy of discord makes it scientifically logical that war never has and never will lead to anything but energy loss. The description of the cooperation energy has as its culmination the discovery of and the logic of such a precious thing as immortality. Which, according to this clear logic that serves as proof, makes such a thing as a spiritual body probable. As you can see I am “way out of line” here. And yet I am not so sure that this is what I am. I have followed another trail of research, but if you care to read them, my results make sense even to the most intellectual of readers. They make sense on an emotional, religious, historical, mythological, psychological, philosophical, musical and literary level as well.
Would any of you gentlemen like to read my book? I feel that my results are important, and that it is a pity they must be kept outside those circles that research into the nature of the human consciousness, just because I have not followed the university rules. I am sure the book will spread over the world on its own accord, but I hear again and again the outcries of “hunger” from researchers and from ordinary people: give us some answers.
I have some answers. But you need to accept them for what they are in order to get them: the mind’s own answers to the questions of the mind. Though somebody may say: I don’t want the answer from my mind. I want the answer from my doctor.
Should any of you want to read The Ringbearer’s Diary, please contact my publisher. ...
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
Yours sincerely,
